I seem to recall that Dawn saw a magazine that was advertising for like, readers to send in pictures of their significant others for a DILF-type competition, and the winner would get some kind of cash prize? And Dawn was like "Pssshhht, no way any of those guys would be hotter than Giles!" and sneaked some pictures of him, sending in the application and pretending that she was Buffy and he was her SO. He wins, Buffy and Giles have to pretend to be dating, presumably necking follows. I usually prefer platonic B/G but I seem to remember that one being fun.

Do you have any idea where you read it? I've been reading a lot of old Buffy fic (including B/G) and haven't come across this, but I'll post a link on that day's post if I ever do.

I'm pretty sure this was back in the days when I was mostly just reading on fanfiction dot net. So its probably on there.
