No one on the show makes realistic or understandable decisions anymore. I'm tired of people being forgiven for murdering people because they're hot. I'm tired of male villains being redeemed and female characters being abused. I'm tired of the way the show throws people into romantic relationships continually, without regard for whether it makes sense or not.

But, honestly, my breaking point was them implying that Scott's mom did something so terrible in the past that Scott will never forgive her. No. Nope. I'm done. Fuck Jeff Davis and his fucking terrible writing.

Yeah, when it's a *trickster* saying "Scott would never forgive you!" I'm inclined to believe it's not an entirely accurate portrayal of what may or may not have happened.

Yeah, except we've had other characters (Scott's dick father and Sheriff) mentioning that he needs to 'tell Scott something next time he sees him'. And Mama McCall certainly didn't look like it was nothing.

I 100% understand being frustrated with the villain thing (I want the twins and Peter gone but I'm not holding my breathe) and feeling anxious about the Lydia preview, and well, a lot of the canon romances don't do it for me either but I put up with it.

However, I really doubt whatever Melissa did is anywhere near unthinkable; it's probably something completely understandable that she feels guilty about for whatever reason. Stiles seems to know something about Agent McCall too, and he certainly doesn't like him or seem to think he's without fault, so the kitsune might be mostly messing with Melissa's head.

I took that scene as the nogitsune messing with Melissa's head, as he does. After all, the previous scenes where it was addressed made it seem like Papa McCall had done something wrong, not her.
