Anon who's been all over this thread (but there is more than one of us)

Muddying the waters somewhat is that while it was a shoot for the magazine XY I believe the magazine itself presented that pics and two cute models who happen to be dating sending it personal pics of themselves.

Thanks for that. It at least provides some color as to why the lawyer was saying the pictures were private. Not saying they were, just saying it's interesting that's how they were presented in the magazine.
