I love this pairing (RPF and Fan). Four was my first Doctor, and Romana II my favorite Companion. I don't blame you. One of my prized possessions is a sweater my Mom knitted me based on one of Lalla Ward's knitting patterns.

...and I'm still trying to figure out how she found in, in America, in the 80's.

Actually, not terribly surprised she did! There was a bit of Brit-Mania during the 80s! All things BBC had a cult following, and the cons rolled with stuff!

Nahhh, Tom Baker's Doctor was many USians' first doctor - that's why he was featured on the Simpsons as recognisable.
