from a purely aesthetic point of view i think the almost-white hair would look awesome with dark skin

from a lore point of view... heh, whatever, culturally that world is already a big messy salad bowl, and it's not like it has any real world equivalent

Doesn't really make it better though. Because of what you just pointed out, you could get away with it, but I see little about such a change that'd actually improve the work so much as do very little to the work.

I agree with you on that: it wouldn't improve the show. In fact it wouldn't change anything (besides make a few people whine about 'not being the same as the book'). It would just make it prettier to look at, for me.

I think they want it changed in the books, not the show. Though Show would presumably change by proxy.
