I think the popularity of the new run has made me dislike him even more than ever just because so many people love it and want to talk about it every new issue and I'm just sitting there stewing in the Hawkeye hate. Petty, but eh, what can you do.

I might just hate heroes with bows in general. I'm looking at you, Oliver Queen.

Are you me? Because me too. I keep hearing all this squee over the new run and seeing photosets and stuff and while I like Fraction and think he has done a good job with Hawkeye as a character, it is just a character I do not like. At all. I want to be like "can we talk about this character/issue/run instead?" but I tend to just keep silent.

LOL. I'm not a huge fan of him either, but on Arrow he's eh for me, not disliked. (And I haven't read him in comics, as I am a Marvel reader, not a DC reader, so I can't speak to that.)

And I was one word shy of your epic sentence with mine. :P
