Even though the victim has done this before? Accused a famous person of abuse, then immediately withdrew the claim? Even though there is no proof supporting her accusations (and way more evidence she is lying)?

It occurred to me this morning that it would be easy to completely fuck up the guy I went home with last nights' (*consensually* in case you were worried) whole life, because although rape is obviously a real, deathly serious crime, believing any accusation without a proper investigation or evidence can be treading in dangerous waters.
