Can be hollowed out and turned into a triple-frosting devil's food layer cake of id gratification if the sex that's being so cruelly forced on you is something you've wanted desperately but would never, ever agree to because it would violate every moral principle in your book. And the person doing this knows it and takes every opportunity to rub it in and manipulate you. But you will still hold fast! (Which arguably gets back to the "being able to enjoy sex without being shamed for taking an active part in it," but I think it hits a deeper chord about the struggle between desire and will--at least, "I want to do the thing but it would be wrong to do the thing but I have to do the thing and I feel awful for kinda enjoying it" plots hit my narrative kinks even when they're not about sex.)
