Maybe the thing to do is to ignore them and just do your own thing, rather than try to play fandom police. "BNFs" aren't actually in charge of anything, ffs, so like what you like and leave them alone unless they're actually invading spaces (like reblogging a post or commenting on a fic to snarl at it) and hurting (real) people's feelings. If they're whining about fictional crap, just let it go. You're still allowed to like it.

I agree but it's really hard to feel like everyone wants you to shut up and go away.

Eventually you do to keep your own mental health.

It's pretty easy to just not expose yourself to just about any fan and their opinions. Ignore + tumblr savior, or just scroll on past their LJ community posts and fics. Problem solved. "BNFs" who post negative opinions about something you like aren't personally oppressing you.
