Slash doesn't have to equal sex, genitals or not they're still both males, which still makes them a viable slash pairing. If you can have straight pairings with genital-less toys (Woody/Bo Peep, Buzz/Jessie) then you can have slash pairings too.

You can have slash pairings without sex. You even do have slash pairings without sex. There are Buzz and Woody shippers out there, but they're not an iconic slash pairing because of te natural limitations towards writing porn with them in it. By closing off a pretty significant portion of slash fic, they lost their chance at being an iconic slash pairing.
