I'd be willing to bet they'd spend a decent amount of money animating it. If it is sticking close to the manga then it is going to probably be a short series. I don't think it will be as long as the first anime was. Not even close to it. Plus, they'd probably make back their money back pretty quickly with merchandise sales. I doubt they'd fuck up a chance at reviving this cash cow.

Whether or not it will look anything like the promo is questionable.

Well maybe all the money from the merchandise they keep releasing is helping to financially support this anime? Hah who knows.
