No, that's sexual abuse. You're telling me that someone going into a person's hospital room, turning them over and exposing their breasts, and then jacking off to them isn't sexual abuse? Nayrt, but until I saw the actual scene, I thought people saying "Shinji masturbated over a comatose Asuka" meant "Shinji [went to his room and] masturbated to [thoughts of] Asuka while she was incidentally in a coma elsewhere [with the coma potentially entering his fantasy]". And then when it turned out to be literally over her, there was not enough D: in the world.
