I figure Shinji is straight, but he'd love anybody who could understand and reach him like Kaworu. In terms of what he'd like in his porn, it's all jiggly bits and vaginas (and maybe comatose girls, shinji's got a kink), but he'll probably never love anyone like he did that boy.
