One piece of advice: are you posting links to your stories in the right comms? Because thinky stories for your fandom might have different comms than the highschool AU fics. Or try broadcasting more for a wider audience. You might need to develop more of a following of people who are into more thinky fic, and they are harder people to find than the masses. So try finding more posting comms for your fandom.
