Neither can I. Granted I'm not a guy (not that women couldn't do it too; it's hot on anyone), don't have that haircut and have never tried, but the fact still stands.

I feel like this is one of those things that probably takes a lot of practice and patience. I'm not great with hair either but some people have an easier time styling it than others. Maybe there's youtube vids that explain how to do it? But idk how much help they would be.

I've concluded that you have to have a bit of natural waviness to pull it off.
Mine's perfectly straight and if I let it get too long in the front it's reminiscent of a certain beloved TV cannibal.
