Don't let the self-publishedness put you off - the author himself says it's the best thing he's read since Shakespeare and Tolkien. And he would know, being the author. He's also claimed to be better than J.K. Rowling (on a different blog post) because his book is longer.

He has unfortunately been plagued by trolls on Amazon (but took the time to respond to them - he also wrote his own review, but you aren't allowed to do that, so people reported it and it got taken down), as well as mocked on Facebook and on a forum where he posted about his book. By people who haven't even been published, the nerve!!!

You can also look around the blog for more of his brilliant writing and interesting observations on the female gender.

It took countless hours to get the cover just how he wanted it... and that's the cover he's got. Wowsers.

That cover reminds me of old late 90s-early 2000s websites with all their terrible 3d icons, moving text in terrible fonts and horrible animations.

Is this person for real? It's so over-the-top. He's gotta be putting on an act. He's gotta be.

Not a troll. There was a whole thread on Facebook, mostly participated in by people who have interacted with him in real life.
