The only time I read anything with Anarky was in... No Man's Land, I think? And while his ideals didn't mesh with mine at all, he still seemed like a very earnest guy who cares about the world and people.

Anarky isn't used much -- in fact, outside of Arkham Origins practically the only time he's used at all is when Alan Grant is writing. It's a shame, because he really is an interesting character who asks a lot of pointed questions -- including about Batman.
