That it's not surprising that the fic for a show as terrible as Free! would be better than the fic for a show as good as SnK. Shows that are total shit tend to have better fic as a rule because you don't need a lot of skill as a writer to produce something passable when you're given characters and a "plot" that are one-trick ponies. Writing something good for a show with complex characters and an intricate plot and world is a hell of a lot harder.

Ahahahahahahahahahaha your perception of SnK's quality is incredibly skewed. You have to be high to think the characters are complex. I like them but they're mostly just one dimensional plot devices. They have like one defining character trait each. Even the Free characters are more complex and have more development.

Yeah, I don't think so. SnK's characters do more besides whine about how much they miss swimming with their childhood crushes, and they are forced to either develop or die.

Yes because every character in Free is Rin. Also if we're simplifying it to an absurd degree then all the SnK characters do is cry about how there's no hope and they're all going to die.

You seriously sound like some 15 year old pseudo intellectual who's convinced that you're more mature than everyone else because you like something with lots of violence and death.

Dislike Free all you want, I doubt anyone's going to argue that it's a masterpiece or anything, but get the fuck off your high horse about SnK.
