Maybe I'm misunderstanding your secret, but you can always look at older romance novel covers (especially stuff like Harlequin Historical).

I wish more shoujo/josei artists would draw muscular men. I like muscles but the way they're drawn on shounen/seinen manga don't look sexy at all.

It exists but you have to find canons that have bara characters in them and then from there, look for fanfic/art that pairs the bara character and a female character from the canon.

You get American superheroes who are drawn as beefcakes but they're not romance/porn stories
Maybe there are some indie comics out there
Fanart in general has more variety, and you can find a certain artist that might do it for you, but it's not a story at all

Have you tried searching on Deviantart? That's where I've found tons of good pics that adjust to my very specific needs, who knows, maybe you'll find something there (or at least find artists who are willing to draw something like that for a fee).

Ummm. Pokkuti on deviantart does m/f muscle/muscle expansion comics, men and women (though he has more women only in his gallery, due to popular commission). The style is more cute face and defined muscle, though.

I haven't been there in a while, but I think the bara board on 7chan has a straight bara topic every once and a while.
