I'm planning on going to see a movie tomorrow, but I'm not sure what to watch. I really need to get out of the house and do something this weekend because my depression is in a bad spot and I don't need to be sitting in my room festering.

But none of the movies really peak my interest. So I want to know what movies are currently playing that people actually enjoyed. Genre doesn't really matter, although probably not something with a depressing ending as that might make things worse.

Apparently Cap 2 is playing in places, but I vote for The Lego Movie.

Movies don't air. They are shown. Airing refers to broadcasts received by individual TVs. Movies are distributed to theaters across the world and played on location.

/nitpick

I would personally say Monuments Men but I haven't seen very many movies lately...

Grand Budapest Hotel is supposed to be good (I am looking forward to seeing it) but not in wide release. But if you want to be cheered up, The LEGO movie is a sure bet.

The only movie I've seen this year was the Lego Movie. I was never into Legos as a kid, so I probably missed out on some references. But the characters and humor were pretty spot on, and the animation was very cute. The ending did something I was expecting, but in a completely different way. It was really good.

...I might have to buy toys now. I hope you feel better soon!

If you like action/suspense type movies, and Liam Neeson's face, you might like Nonstop? It was hardly groundbreaking or anything but I'm easy, show me Liam defeating bad guys and I'm all there. Hope you feel better! Bring a big purse so you can smuggle in snacks.

I really liked Lego Movie and Robocop. Lego Movie especially, it was actually a really sweet head trip, I loved everything about it. And I adore the song "Everything is AWESOME!!!" (And yes, it is spelled with caps and three exclamation marks. XD)
