I was watching Maid in Manhattan and the kid who plays Jennifer Lopez's kid is little Tyler Posey! Has anyone else done that thing where they see an actor as an adult and then see an old movie with younger them in it?

I saw a post about that on tumblr and it made me aww.

It happened to me with Nicholas Hoult as Beast in XM:FC. I saw that movie, sometime after I rewatched "About a Boy" and realized, "OMG, that's Nicholas Hoult!" It was weird, lol.

I watched it the other day and wanted to hug him to death. He was so freaking adorable!

I saw Sassy Pants and was like "Holy cow, it's Haley Joel Osment all grown up!" I'm so used to seeing him as a kid in stuff that it was kind of surprising. He's still kinda cute in a puppyish way.

I didn't know until someone told me last year that Eric Balfour was in the Buffy pilot. I rewatched it and spent the entire two episodes going, "I refuse to believe you were ever that tiny and 90s-looking. I refuse to believe any of you were ever that tiny and 90-looking."

Omg, it blow mind when I realized that he played Jesse. And now I want Haven/Buffy crossover fic.

Whaaaaaaaat? I rewatched the pilot a couple of months ago and I still didn't notice that. He's definitely one of those people who get hotter as they age

I love that whenever I throw that little factoid out, it's news to at least one person.

(And yes, the man has definitely aged like a fine wine. Have you seen his new haircut?)

When the kid from Love Actually showed up on Game Of Thrones. My first thought was: "Wow, he's barely changed. He just got taller." And then after a bit of research, my second thought was: "HOLY SHIT WE WERE BORN IN THE SAME YEAR?!" (I always thought he was a couple of years younger, lol).

Also the kid from Jerry Maguire/Stuart Little who is also born in the same year as me. Apparently he's a martial artist now? Anyway, he turned from this adorkable kid into someone who could snap a guy in half.

It blew my mind when I realised that Sherriff Stilinski was Johnny Cage from the Mortal Combat movie, I was going 'nooooooooo' for ages. And young Tyler Posey is friggin' adorable.

Nathan Fillion (Castle) on One Life to Live, he played a priest

Watching Dead Poets Society after House (Robert Sean Leonard) or The Good Wife (Josh Charles) is just weird.

Every time I watch Hocus Pocus, I am startled anew by wee McGee (NCIS).

Eric Christian Olsen (NCIS:LA) in Not Another Teen Movie.

Any of the teen movies Patrick Dempsey (Grey’s Anatomy) was in.

Everybody should watch Hackers for Jonny Lee Miller (Elementary).

Timothy Omundson (Psych) as a paranormal expert on SeaQuest.

Courteney Cox (Cougar Town) in Masters of the Universe (which also features a young Robert Duncan McNeill (Star Trek: Voyager)).

AJ Cook (Criminal Minds) in Final Destination 2.

I ended up watching Agnes of God on TV a couple of weekends ago, and gradually realized that Agnes was a younger Meg Tilly, i.e. Lena Corbett of Bomb Girls.
