Sarah/Casey (Chuck), Sam/Fiona (Burn Notice), Jeff/Abed (Community)... I know there are and have been others, but I'm suddenly drawing a blank. (I have also never been able to find fic that plays with my suspicion that Dr. Drakken and Kim Possible's dad had a fling in college, but that's less a 'ship and more a crazy theory that I just want someone else to share, dammit.)
