(Anonymous) 2014-03-25 01:38 am (UTC)(link)Okay, you are just really really unsuited to Sherlock Holmes then. Because, actually, yeah, there characters are EVERYTHING. Its fine. Nothing wrong with that. But for your own sake, go have fun in your other fandoms and don't come around in this one because I guarantee that you will not find a single kindred spirit in it. NO ONE loves SH for the plots. They love it for the characters, atmosphere, and tropes, and deductions, and everything rlse. The plots are 99% nothing but the medium through which the good stuff is carried.
