Agents of SHIT SHIELD basically, it made the idea of abusive secret organizations mildly popular. Of course wanting to join the sons of satan, as the cia is affectionately known by the people it has fucked over, the OP deserves to be dumped in a ditch somewhere in dickwolf country.

Bullshit. I cannot count how many shows have featured secret governmentish agencies -- some of them nominally the CIA, even! -- and many of them far more popular than Agents of SHIELD appears to be.
