That Equestria thing freaks me out, to be honest. I don't know what it is. I've seen and not minded anime with proportions way more freaky than that but for some reason, I find the aesthetic kind of disturbing.

Next time you should shrink the pictures so they don't stretch the page. You do it like this:

I probably wouldn't hate them so much if the first one I encountered hadn't been incredibly ludicrous, even by Titanic AU standards. But it was. And I do.

(Seriously, someone cast Mycroft Holmes as Rose.)
(And someone else cast Smaug as Rose's fiance -- or Kili's fiance, in the event. I am guessing they meant a human version of Smaug, but they did not say so in the summary, so I am choosing to picture dragon Smaug.) (If you are wondering, the part of Jack was played by Bilbo.)

Personally, I don't mind the existence of a human AU if it's only semi-canon. And I won't complain about the weird skintones--it's better than arbitrarily assigning human races to ponies. I just hate those stupid thigh-high boots. (Also, whose idea was it to put Applejack in a skirt?)

Me too. If it was just Spock-the-vampire, I wouldn't be as fascinated, but the green blood in Uhura's mouth suggests more interesting things.

the first one is sad because while they obviously have a good grasp of digital painting techniques, they can only do faces/anatomy from screenshots apparently, since the faces look fine but the bodies are a hot mess (Dean's neck is where??)

it's like learning to run before you've learned to crawl
