Just make sure he's actually down with it, and aware of it before it happens. Yes, OP, I'm sure you're probably aware of that but I've net a scary number of people who *don't* bother to check beforehand and end up finding out that yeah. The other person wasn't as down with it as they thought.

...Also, it, admittedly, didn't help that the last sentence really reminded me of an Ex who did something similar without asking before hand. : /
