I don't remember the scene about the female soldier shooting indoors. What was wrong with it, specifically?

It was the love interest. Steve kissed some random chick and the love interest got mad, picked up a weapon, and fired it at him. His shield deflected it, but she didn't KNOW it could deflect bullets. He easily could've been hit. Or those bullets could've ricocheted and hit someone who is not a super soldier.

I think that scene was supposed to show the audience what a strong and independent woman she was. What it really showed was what an overreacting, childish crazy she was.

The shield was made of vibranium, though. The shit that absorbs vibrations and shit. I don't think bullets can ricochet off it. They'd basically just stop short?

She also didn't start firing until after Steve brought the shield up, and it makes a pretty big target (and we already knew she was a great shot).

I mean, it still wasn't a good thing to do, but like... eh.
