That's why I listed port and sherry. They are what is known as fortified wines, aka. wines that have spirits added into them to increase alcohol content (and thus shelf life).

You can easily find a good fortified wine that has a alcohol content of 20-30%.

+1 recommendation for port! I don't like the bitter woody wines, I mostly would just drink the sweet pink muscadine wines made locally, but port is a lovely treat. It also makes me feel posh, lol.
