Meh, maybe. I don't really care either way, but I don't really pay any of it much attention anymore. *shrug* Other than the bit where Moffat changes tracks, like I said, or a better example, when A Study in Pink aired, the interviews were all about the canon and how faithful they wanted to be to the canon, then by the time A Scandal in Belgravia rolled around, Moffat was suddenly talking about Basil Rathbone's movies, and how they wanted to do a pastiche in the same style.

Plus, there was the whole lies and obfuscation thing around the DW 50th.
