I like vodka (and other spirits) in things! I can't do shots and too much beer can upset my stomach, so I'd generally rather sip on a tasty cocktail.

Current favorites:

Tom Collins - basically gin-ny lemonade; 1.5-2 oz lemon juice, sugar, 1 shot gin, topped with a float of soda water
CCC - cucumber vodka (you can make it yourself! Just slice up cucumbers and put them in vodka, then leave for 5 or so days), camomile syrup (just tea + sugar!), soda water
Pimms Cup - Pimms, sparkling lemonade, slice of cucumber

As far as brands, I'm actually quite fond of Trader Joe's house brand vodka, Monopolowa.

Pimms cup is fucking delicious and I really wish it was a more common thing here--I only ever had it when a NZ friend of mine was doing a summer party thing.
