A lot of stuff that I would want to do would require also changing laws, financial systems, politics... It's a complicated question. I would probably try to affect some significant wealth redistribution from the super-wealthy to the middle and lower classes, and try to put a significant portion of money into some place where it could most help third-world countries. But it's tricky.

I'd also probably steal a couple million for myself, probably mostly from some of the more corrupt politicans and businessmen etc out there. I am venal and selfish but if I'm honest I would probably do that.
