Keep it where is for the most part. maybe minor shifts to help out when it's needed, disaster relief etc, but I'm not going to make rich nations out of poor nations etc. I don't have the necessary knowledge of the financial world to think any discussion I make won't fuck the world up. I am probably going to give myself a healthy bonus to live well on, tho.
