a ben/locke longfic? oh man, would you be willing to rec it to me? if you don't want to do it in a comment you can send me a pm. i'd just really like to read it.
yeah the canon can be tricky, but idk i thought fandom would like the challenge? and if not whatever, i like AUs just fine.
i'll check out the comms, thanks for giving me the names so i don't have to google it :'

I've been working on it for thousands of years but absolutely will finish it, hopefully this year, but that's my yearly saying. There's cuteness and smut, but not for a while. I hated their last scene in the finale so much that I wanted to really show a process of reconciliation. A lot of the writers just weren't plot-oriented enough to do the kinds of AUs they really wanted to do, I guess. I explain what I can in there in semi-plausible ways, but all my fic is character study with varying portions of sex, so there was no way I was going to go for a non-afterlife fixit.
