Wouldn't make a damn bit of difference what I did with it. Since the economy and the idea of money are based on assigning value to something that's basically just a place holder, anything I did to redistribute wealth would end with people in power finding a way to be "wealthy" again. Considering that, I would probably distribute it back almost exactly the way it was, but make those I know a little bit better off.

Now, if my time stop included the ability to continue distributing money after everything was in motion again (i.e., if I could make it so schools were better funded in general even without playing money god) that would be different.
