I would let the world, in large part, stay as it is.

I would take bits and pieces from the richest people in the world, and make sure that my family and friends are free of debts at least, and some more for my immediate family so they are more financially secure long term. For myself I would take enough so that I don't have to worry about student loans, can buy myself a nice apartment and not have to worry about sucky job markets and wages. Also enough to be able to go on holiday whenever and wherever I wanted.

Which may be a selfish choice, but I do not have enough knowledge about finances so if I tried to turn the financial world around it would be either a catastrophe or unchanged really. For example, if I had evenly distributed it, so that everyone on the planet gets 1 000 000 taken from the richest people, that just means that everyone on the planet has at some point had that million available, which just opens up the opportunity to increase prices on stuff, as hey, everyone on the planet was good for that million and therefore everyone can handle it if prices are increased. Or if I was a bit more spiteful and distributed the money in reverse order, so to say, so that the richest people in the world would become the poorest and vice versa, that just puts people with (most likely) little understanding of finances and business in charge of most of the world's financial capital, which can be a recipe for disaster.
