I once got a Transmogrification potion (for some unpopular species), and once got a petpet pb (pirate; luckily this was before Forgotten Shore/Anchor Management inflation) in a RE. Definitely never got a FFQ.

I hoarde my neopoints like crazy, I could probably buy anything I really wanted with my millions but I still feel like I'm getting ripped off if I pay more than 5-6k for something...!
