02. I agree that the last story arcs have sucked, but not because they focus on Penny. The storytelling in general has gone downhill and the resolutions have been minimal and frustrating. Sorry, T. Focus on one thing instead of eight different things, maybe.

(Also fail: the forums. Seriously.)

20. Peter/Claire is the only Heroes pairing I liked, despite incest, but -- people who can't accept that their random pairing is not canon? Need to get a life. If your pairing is canon, who cares??

36. It's not pedo. Katara is only two years older than him, and they're not having sex. The end. XD Have legitimate reasons for disliking a pairing, like... "I can't take it seriously because they're too young to know what True Love is," yes! "Ew pedo," fail.

Agreed. My biggest complaint is that it's all been Penny-centric, which isn't fair to the Aggie fans out there, but the pacing is jerky and the stories themselves don't make a whole lot of sense.

The stories are bland, the characters have gone flat--why is it that Sarah coming out of the closet turned her into a stereotypical 'token lesbian'? And that apparently the only femmeslashy hints thrown into the comic have now been blamed entirely on Sarah trying to live vicariously through someone else?--and the whole thing has just died in the last few months.

(I'm hoping I'm not the only one who didn't understand most of the "The First Man I Ever Loved" arc, because I couldn't figure out half of what the heck was going on, or how it related to the story we know so far. Whee, two strips brushing over relationships with character A's dad. Are we supposed to care?)

I'm still wondering when the heck everyone started going to a private school, particularly with the kind of dress code they follow. Because apparently that's what the main school is. Private. I'm not the only one that thinks it doesn't look like a private school, right?

I'm not really a fan of Aggie, so I wouldn't have complained, but I can complain because the Penny-side stories we ARE getting feel like they're being phoned in.

I HATED Sarah's "makeover". It's like she turned into a totally different person just because she discovered she liked girls, and instead of turning to Penny, she turned to Aggie's friends because they're different ergo they must know how she should ACT now that she's different. Why don't you take some time and figure out who you want to be instead of just being someone else's definition of you? And I'm disappointed in the copout of Lisa -- you don't get to bully other people about their sexuality unless you know what they're going through, sorry. It's none of your BUSINESS.

I also HATED The First Man I Ever Loved. That was seriously the point where I said, "The writing is going down the drain." We had a brief little oneshot of each girl's dad strung together by absolutely no cohesive theme, followed by Michelle making friends, the end. It was just like, "Let's have three panels showing us that Helen's dad sucks!" GREAT. That was totally gratuitous and had nothing to do with whatever point you were trying to get across. (I still don't know what it was.)

I'm still reading out of momentum, mostly. And because the art is usually lovely. XD
