8. Maybe you aren't seeing a good therapist, then, or one who clicks with you. That anime character is NOT going to be there to give you good advice when you need it. And I'm sure that you give yourself good advice in the name of the character, but PTSD isn't one of those things that's necessarily well-handled by oneself.
