I don't mean really graphic/gruesome painful sadistic stuff, just the physicality and power of fighting, punching, shooting, stabbing, grappling, falling, bleeding, throwing people around and getting thrown around, all that kind of thing.

Being fair, in Gotham there's as much chance of hitting a normal, garden-variety psychopath as there is of hitting a supervillain. Equal opportunity offenders around here.
