The fact of the matter is, if you put yourself in a dangerous situation, the danger is probably going to affect you.

If you get in a car, you better not expect medical treatment when you inevitably crash. after all, you put yourself in a dangerous situation.

NAYRT. No, it's more like if you get in a car and drive drunk (or other stupid behaviour), then don't be surprised if you crash. Or get arrested. Or other negative consequence.

Bad scenario. Since most likely it will be your own car you will be putting yourself into with a laid out plan of where you are going to go.

A scenario that actually works would be using a stranger's car that is stick shift when you only know automatic and then driving it without insurance. And when you see the stranger's car is starting to smoke you keep on driving.

And why should it be a dangerous situation? A 14 year-old girl should be able to go anywhere without being assaulted. In a civilized society. The dangerous situation is created in the criminal's mind.
