I totally get the voice thing. On the other hand, I never really get the, "but they're OLD!1!" thing. Ya like what ya like.

In other news: I would not have guessed ninja with that headpiece. Maybe ancient Egyptian warrior/god.

TFA is pretty embarrassing in the whole Japanese all-the-same thing. The helmet in later canon looks really, really samurai, but yanno, samurai, ninjas, whatevs.

To my utter disappointment, I cannot find that one YouTube clip of Yoketron with George Takei's infamous "Oh myyyyy" clipped over it.
