Yes, I was being facetious. Though in many TV shows at least, character don't find true peace because conflict is central to the plot.

Sorry, I just lost a family member this week so I'm having a little trouble finding the humor in death. (For the record, I do mean the sorry - and I apologize if it comes of snappish.)

I don't specifically mean lasting peace (I mean, sure. That too, I guess) but the moments that are calm and peaceful, you know?
