You could maybe get some eyeshadows, and some sort of mixing liquid (I use Mehron, but like, I'm 99.9% sure that there are others out there), and make your own custom liquid eyeliners out of eyeshadows you like, maybe? It'd be a little bit of work, though, so maybe not, depending how much time you hae in the mornings and stuff... ^^;

I've heard that can be done, actually!
Though since I'm not a huge makeup putterer I mostly just search out brands that make really bright and vivid waterproof eyeliners/eyeliner pencils. I've had decent luck, actually :)
