I am terrified of bees. When I see a picture of one, I mildly jump and move on. Dogs are everywhere, bees are everywhere. The ocean is everywhere if you live on the coast.

Trigger basically means something that can trigger PTSD or full-blown panic attack. Most people with phobias are not going to be triggered if they see a picture of their fear. I think it's kind of silly to slap a warning on everything someone might be afraid of, especially when it's a common thing in everyday life.
