No? A lot of he people on the Captain Marvel cover are actual fans of the character, including the artist. It's basically just a wankfest for the fans.

I don't understand your reply. The cover to PG #26 was a plot about how Power Girl went to a fan convention. All the people on the cover are her fans, attending her convention in cosplay.

The Captain Marvel cover seems to be a large group of Carol Danvers fans, in cosplay, which your comment seems to confirm.

I'm confused.
