15. So...the fact that you're female somehow makes it more okay for you to like a relationship that many people believe is being written in a sexist fashion?

I'm not saying that liking the pairing makes you bad. I haven't actually read the comics in question, so I can't pass judgment on the pairing, and even if I had, I couldn't pass judgment on you for liking it. (Although I can think that your sneering dismissal of people with legitimate concerns about the portrayals of the characters involved is kind of obnoxious. But then, people do lots of obnoxious things in fandom, so it's hardly the end of the world.)

But I hate this trend of saying, "Statement that some people think is offensive to women! But I'm female, so it's okay!" Nope. It still has just as much potential to be offensive as before! :D
