I mean, I enjoy both shows immensely, but damn, even the whole "Panty and Stocking aren't shamed for liking sex!" isn't really feminist. It's a show where the stated purpose is to shock viewers with outrageous moments, so you have 'angels' who love sex and swear like sailors because it's a ridiculous premise, not because anyone on the creative team gives a fuck about being sex positive. And let's not forget that the only 'sex positive' character ends the show murdered by characters who repeatedly called her a stupid slut.
It's fine if you want to interpret the show in an unconventional way, but that doesn't mean the show itself is feminist.
