Clean my flat and watch Formula 1, pretty much the same as every weekend... soon my non existing reputation as an interesting person will dissapear

I might watch LesMis as I still haven't gotten around to it, oh and I have an assignment in my Music and Sound in Film/Tv class to write...

I will, when I get down to hours until it has to be handed in, it is just like 1800 words, no biggie... I just have to pick a film and a scene in that film to describe. Any suggestions?

Nope, just a scene from a film, preferably with interesting sounds and music* as I have to write about those parts... I will just sit in front of my DVDs or on Netflix until I find something.

*Also something I wouldn't mind watching more than once...

Hrm. Have you seen any of Stanley Kubrick's films? Not sure if they are your taste (most of his are not for me). But he uses music AND silence wonderfully.

Yeah, I should have Dr. Strangelove in my collection somewhere, but other than that I am strangey for a Film student pretty uninterested in old films... Thank you for the suggestion!

I think I might use a contemporary film as they have music I am more familiar with and can place in a context.
