yeah, they're so private, paranoid people (with good reasons) that they keep a distance with everyone else, but they still know and trust each other.

oh my, let me sort through my bookmark folders. so there's this series by lustmordred and Portrait_of_a_Fool. it's better to read it in the order they were written; the links are at the top of the page. this author is quite funny and very prolific, and this fic is my favorite of theirs, as well as my favorite fic on this pairing period. this series is also pretty good. there's also this one that's a bit of a crack fic but i think the characterization is spot on.

i have more but it'd take a lot longer to sort through it all and i don't have the energy rn. i could send you a pm later if you want more though.

I know right? Each other and The Machine is what they trust (with their secrets), and I find that quite awesome! I shipped them before I really started watching the show. Well I was saw some episodes late at night at a friends house during a holiday and even in the middle of season 1 or so not understanding the plot completely (The Machine is complicated to actually understand without the beginning of the show) I still shipped them....
