I thought about JD and Turk and then decided not to because of Carla, but now I suddenly remember that one arc in season 4 or so of Scrubs where Turk and Carla realized that although they had been under the impression that they were married to each other, it turned out that they just hadn't noticed that they were actually in a 3-way marriage with JD and when JD moved out their marriage started falling apart for a few episodes before they adjusted. :)
